An Ordinance Authorizing Additional Appropriations
from the Revenue Sharing Fund and the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is noW necessary to
appropriate more money than>~as appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Se'Ction 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Con~mon Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said
City the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and
ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the
purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the

1. A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing Fund for the purpose
of paying the second and final install-
ment to the Redevelopment Department
for the preparation of a master plan
for the city.
2. A special appropriation from the
cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund of the:City to the Parks
Department Capital Non-Reverting
Fund for the purpose of further
development of the River City
Park.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
