ORDINANCE ~O. 78-0R- -~/
AN ORDINANCE TP, ANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITH THE
SAF~ DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of tke existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Coramon Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana;
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set ouu within each
department shall be transferred as indicated:
