ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITH THE
S AlV~E DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain exuraordinary emergencies have developed
since =he adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for cer=ain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficien=
moneys =o pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
City of Jeffersonville,
IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
Indiana:
Secuion 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set ouu within each
department shall be transferred as indicated:

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effeot from and
after its passage and approval.
