AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ~RGENCY REPAIR A~Nh~NT TO THE
COK~JT~ITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT REHABILITATION PROGRAM
FOR TH~ CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
WI~ERF~, the City of Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment
is the Agency designated to Administer the Community Development Block
Grant Program for the City of Jef£ersonville, and;
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of March, the Commissioners of the
Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment approved a document entitled,
,,Jeffersonville's Block Grm~t Rehabilitation Program", and on the 3rd
day of April, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville also approved
said document for use in conjunction with the City's Community Development
Block Grant Program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TH~ COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA:
That this Council approves an amendment to the above said document
for the purpose of emergency repairs on eligible structures throughout
the City of Jeffersonville~ Indiana.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as
provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana
