NOW, THEREFORE:

WHEREAS, it has been determine that it is now necessary
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses
of said City the following addition sum of money is hereby
appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named
for the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing
the same:
An apDropriation from the
Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund for the construction of
approximately 300 feet of sewer
on Wall Street between Chestnut
and Market.

This ordinance shall be in full forced and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax
Commissioners.
