OF JEFF£RSONVILLE, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment is the
Agency designated to administer the Commo~ity Development Block Grant Program
for the City of Jeffersonville, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of said Department of
Redevelopment to provide residents of the approved Con~nunity Development
Block Grant Area with a program to rehabilitate their properties, and;
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Jeffersonville Department of
Redevelopment approved the document entitled, "Jeffersonville ' s Block Grant
Rehabilitation Program" on the 29th day of March 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COb~MON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA:
That this Council approves said document for use in conjunction
with the City's Community Development Block Grant Program, and authorize
irmnediate implementation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law. ~
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
this 3rd day of Apr~.~_, 1978.
