An Ordinance Amending Section 18-10 of the
City Code of the City of Jeffersonville
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Indiana, that Section 18-10 be amended as follows:
Section 1.
That sub-section a of 18-10 be amended in that the rate of
the first quarter mile shall be 85 cents. Section 2.
That there shall be added to Section 18-10 the Sub-section
designated as a-1 reading thus: That delivery of items for any
particular business outside the corporate limits shall be chargeable
at the rate of $2.00 for the items delivered plus 60 cents per
mile traveled.
Section 3.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval~
