ORDINANCE NO. 7B-OR-~_~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN
THE SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
sinee the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to apprpprlate more money for certain budgetary items, and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same dDpartment sufficient
moneys to pay such additional amountS,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter s~t out within each
department shall be transferred as indicate~:

· Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
