An ordinance Authorizing Special and
Additional Appropriations from the
Antirecession Fiscal Assistance FundS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual
budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer'
sonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City
the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the
purpose herein spedified, subject to the laws governing the same:
A special and additional appropriation from the
Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Funds for the
following purposes and. for the following amounts:
Poli~e Department
Gasoline
Police & Firemen'S salaries
~d benefits

$11,544.00
33,927.00

Electric Current
Section 2~.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
