An ordinance Authorizing a Special Appropriation
from the Parks Department - General Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City the following
sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to
the laws governing the same:
A special and additional
appropriation from the Parks Department
General Fund for ~722 (Parks Department
Budget) Motor Equipment

Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
