ORDINANCE NO. 79- OR -' ~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN
· THE SAM~ DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has
become necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary
items, and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department su£ficient
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEILEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the common.Council of the
City Of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
