ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN
THE SAM~ DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
s/nce the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has
become necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary
items, and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by ~he Common Council of the
' SECTIO~ 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each
department shall ~e transfereed as indicated:
