ORDIN~CE NO. ?~ OR- ~ ~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN
THE SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has
become necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary
items, and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
SECTION1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each
department shall be transfereed as indicated:
