An Ordinance Authorizing Appropriations
fr~m the Revenue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City the following
sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:
A special and additional appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for an
Engineering study of surfac water
drainage p~o~e~s in the sum of
A special and additional appropriation
from Revenue Sharing Fund for surfac~
water drainage construction in Northaven
and the area between 8th and Park Place
