An Ordinance Authorizing an Appropriation from the
Local Roads & Streets SpeCial Distribution Fund and
a special Appropriation from the Revenue Sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Sectionl.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City the following
sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
funds herein na/ued and for the purposes herein specified, subject to
the laws governing the same:
An appropriation from the Local
Roads & Streets Special Distribution
Fund for the Street Department for
#262 Construction & Reconstruction.

A special and additional appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the
purchase pf portable radios for the
Police Department in the amount of
32,500.00
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
