AN 0RDI&NANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN. ~HE
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed
slnce the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
WHEREAS, there is now within the same department'sufficien%
moneys to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana: /'
