An ordinance Amending ordinance No. 1150 being
Sec. 18-10 of the City code
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville that ordinance No. 1150 (Sec. 18-10 of the City
Code) shall be amended to read thus:
Section 1.
(a) The rate to be charged by taxicabs for service to
passengers shall be based upon a mileage rate. The rate shall be
$I.00 for the 1st quarter mile and $.75 for each additional mile
thereafter.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and affect upon passage
by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
Adopted this 8th day of January, 1979, by the Common Council
of the City of jeffersonville.
