An Ordinance Authorizing A Special Appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund of the City.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said City
the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
A special appropriation from
the Revenue Sharing Fund for
the Police Department for the
following uses and purposes:
Gasoline for Police Vehicles
Repairing damage and losses
to Police Department VehicleS
not covered by insurance
3. For purchase of Motor Vehicles
