A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, certain extradordinary emergencies have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more nmney for certain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now within the department sufficient moneys
to pay such additional amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana:
Section 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out shall be transferred
as indicated:
A Transfer from the Cumulative Capital Fund to Amount
the General Fund for the purchase of a computer Requested
system, electricial installation (outlets, etc),
equipment tables, supplies, training, etc. $65,000.00
Section 2.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
Passed this 6th day Of August, 1979.
