Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in
the City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the
4th ~ay of September, 1979, at 7:30 P.M., for the
purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the
fiscal year of 1979.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thau the Clerk-Treasurer of said
