BE IT RESOLVED by the Co, non Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Co,anon Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 27th day of August, 1979, at 7:30 P.M.
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency exists
for the passage of an ordinance making the following apprOPriation in add-
ition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1979.
A special and additional appropriation
from the General Fund for a computer system,
electrial installation (outlets, etc.),
equipment tables, supplies, training, etc.
Amount
Requested
$65,000.00
BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville, Indiana
