Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said common Council will meet in
the City-County Building at jeffersonville, Indiana, ~on the

of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation in
addition to the annual budget adopted for the fisoal year of 1979.
