BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that siad Common Council will meet
in the City County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the
2 day of July, 1979, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of
considering and determining whether an emergency exists for
the passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation
in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year
of 1979.
An appropriation from the local Amount
Roads & Streets Special Distributions Requested.
Fund for Construction and Reconstruction
of streets in the City of Jeffersonville. $149,191.20

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
