BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Indiana, on the' ~ day of May, 1979,
Building
at
Jef fersonville,
at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the
fiscal year of 1979.
An appropriation from the Local
Roads & Streets Special Distribution
Fund for the Street Department
for 9262 Construction &
Amount
Req~e'Sted
$89,226.87
Reconstruction.
A special and additional appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the
purchase of portable radios for the
Police Department in the amount of
$32,500.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
