BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the
City-County Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the~
day of June, 1980, at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage of
an ordinance making the following appropriation in addition
the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1980.
A special appropriation from the
Revenue Sharing fund for the
Parks Department for %262 electric
repairs

A special and additional
appropriation from the
General Fund for %722(Motor
Equipment) of the Sewage
Department
A special appropriation frQm the
Revenue Sharing Fund for Clerk-
Treasurer's Office for Maintenance
Contract for NCR Computer f6r 1 year.

from the General Fund for the Mayor's
Promotion Fund for the City's Share of
the annual conference of the Association
of Cities and Towns to be held in
Jeffersonville in September.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
