BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day of April, 1980,
at 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the
following appropriatio$ zn addition to the annual budget adopted for
the fiscal year of 1980.
Special appropriations from
the Local Roads & Streets
Fund for the following:
Bituminous Materials
Construction & Reconstruction
A special appropriation from
the Cumulative Capital Improvement
fund £6r the purchase of a mounted
sewer line and manhold cleaner

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
