WHEREAS, James Munich appeared before the council relative to
the construction of a park on a 1,773 ac~e tract of land at Fourteen
~ile Creek and Ohio River and
WHEREAS, it was concluded that such a park would be beneficial
for the eitizens of Jeffersonville' as well as all the citizens of
Clark County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council and the
Citizens of Jeffersonville be placed on the record as supporting
the construction and development of such park.
