BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County
Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 3rd day of March, 1980,
at 7:30 P.M., f'or the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making the
following appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted
for the fiscal year of 1980.
A special appropriation from the
Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund for the installation of
sanitary sewers in the Mullins
Lane Area
