and Fines for Violation Thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA:
That parking meters
Section 1.
shall be set to make the
for designated periods of time:'
Five cents for 12 minutes;
Ten cents for 24 minutes;
Twenty-Five cents for 1 hour;
Limit - 2 hour parking.

Section 2.
Parking meter violators shall be fined as follows:
Two Dollars if paid within 24 hours;
Five Dollars if paid after 24 hour
period has expired.
Section 3.
Any viola~orswho is found to have received five (5) violations
which are unpaid shall have his vehicle towed-in and shall pay the
towing charge and fines for violations prior to redemption of vehicle.
Section ~.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect when the meters
have been adjusted mechanically to affect the above fees.
