~ Ordinance Authorizing Special Parking
Permits for Handicapped Persons.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.ONVILLE, INDIANA:

That the Police Department is hereby authorized to issue special
