An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 80-0R-4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFER-
SONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA.
Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 80-0R-4 be amended to read as follows:
That hereinafter a fee shall Be charged and paid to the City by
any applicant requesting an Ordinance authorizing Economic
Development Commission Bonds creating an Economic Development
Fund. That all monies as profited for in Ordinance No. 80-0R-4,
be receipted to the Economic Development Fund. That all Additional
monies d$sbursed from such fund be for the sole purpose of the
promotion of the Economic Development Commission.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
