An Ordinance Delaring a Surplus of Funds in
the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund and
Transferring Funds to the General Fund of
the City.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana:
Section One
That there now exists a surplus of and an excess of funds in
the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund of the City and it is to the
best interest of the city to transfer such excess or surplus to the
general fund.
Section Two
That $132,000.00 be and hereby is transferred from the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the City.
Section Three
That this ordinance shall become effective upon passage by
the Council
and approval by the Mayor.
