An Ordinance Rezoning Certain ~roperty
From R-2 Residential to B-1 Business.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1527,
be amended in that the property herein described is reclassified
and rezoned as
follows:
From R-2 P~sidential to B-1 Business.

Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Number One
of Ingram's First Subdivision of part of Letter
"A" of Survey Number Two (2) of the Illinois

by the plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat
Book Number 4, page 27, in the Recorder's Office
of Clark County, Indiana. Said property being
also known as 1001 and 1003 French Street,
Jeffersonville, Indiana.
