An'Ordinance Annexing a Certain Tract of Contiguous
Territory to the City of Jeffersonville, Clark County,
Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
Clark County, in the State of Indiana, that the
tract of contiguous territory is hereby annexed
of Jeffersonville. ·
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Jeffersonville,
following described
to the said City
Using part of Surveys Ho. 4, 5, 6 & 7 of Illinois Grant
in Clark County,' State of Indiana. Moro particularly described
thus:Beginning at a point ~n the line dividing Survey 3 and
vey 4 of said Grant~ and the intersectiOn of the lin~ dividing
the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana, said
point b~ing In tho corporate line of tho City of Jeffer~onvllle.
