from the General Fund and the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money thatn was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
for
Clark County, Indiana, that/the expenses of said City the following
sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out
of the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:
A special and additional
appropriation from the General
Fund for the purpose of matching
funds provided under Title 20
from the Social Security Depart-
ment for the South Central Indiana
Council for Aging and Aged, Inc.
A special and additional appropri-
ation from the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund for the purchase
of a fire truck and equipment
therefor.
