Surplus and Transfering Such Sum to the
General Fund.
W~IEREAS, it has been determined that more funds are
in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund than are necessary
to meet the needs for the items for which this fund may be used,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1.
That $15,000.00 is hereby transferred from the Cumulative
Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund of the City.
Section' 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Common Council
Passed and adopted by the Common Council this ' '~..~ay of
May , 1980.
