An Ordinance Authorizing a Special Appropriation
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Clark County, Indiana, that for the expenses of said
City the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ~dered
set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purposes
herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
Special appropriations from Amount Requested
the Local Roads & Streets
Fund for the following:
Bituminous Materials
Construction & Reconstruction
A special appropriation from
the Cumulative Capital Improve-
ment Fund for the purchase of a
mounted sewer line and manhole
cleaner
$20,000.00
120,000.00

Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
