An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property From
B-3 to B-2 and from R2- to B-2.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1527, be amended
in that the property hereinafter described is reclassified and rezoned
as follows:
From B-3 General Business to B-2 Service Business
Block No. 147, commonly known as 1401 through 1417 Spring
Street, Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana.
From R-2 Single, Two and Multi-Family Residences to
B-2 Service Business.
Block No. 146, commonly known as 1401 through 1431
Missouri Avenue, Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana.
From R-2 Single, Two and Multi-Faraily Residences to
B-2 Service Business.
Part of Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block No. 6 as shown in the
Granite Company's Addition to the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana. Commonly known as 1400 Duncan.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
