An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance No.
76-0R- 2A
WHEREAs, by Ordinance No. 76-OR-2A the Common Council authorized
participation by its members in the Public Employees Retirement
Fund based upon 600 hours and
WHEREAS, the Council at this time has concluded that the
members or not and will not be employed for a total of 600 hours
in any particular year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE:
s_ection 1.
That such Ordinance No. 76-OR-2A authorizing such particupation
be and the same hereby is repealed.

This Ordinance shall, be in full force
after its passage and approve%2
