An Ordinance Authorizing the Conveyance of
Real Estate.
WHEREAS, Snack Foods, Inc., has heretofore agreed to convey to
the City 6650 square feet off the south end of Lot Nos. 102, 103,
104, 105, 106 and part of 107 and the City has heretofore and does
hereby authorize as consideration for such conveyance the conveyance
of a tract of land ~ontaining 1550 square feet more or less of part
of lots numbered 107 and 108 all of which lots are in the original
city of Claysburg (now Jeffersonville) and may be found in Plat Book
3, page 30 in the Recorder's Office of clark County.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the proper officers
of the City are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed conveying
the following described tract of land to Snack Foods, Inc.:
Being a part of Lot 9107 and a part of Lot #108 in the
Town of Claysburg, now the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
County, Indiana, as shown in Plat Book 3, Page 30 of the
Clark County, Indiana Records and being further described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot ~108; thence
Northwardly along the East line of Green Street 34.6 feet
to THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING:
Thenceccontinuing Northwardly along the East line of Green
Street 28.4 feet;
Thence Eastwardly and parallel to the Southern line of Lots
9107 and ~108, 54.6 feet;
Thence Southwardly and parallel to Green Street 28.4 feet;
thence Westwardly and parallel to the Southern line of Lots
~107 and ~108, 54.6 feet to THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Containing 1550 square feet, more or less, and being subject
to all easements of record.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.

sideration of the sum of $ 1.00 , the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS unto SNACK FOODS, INC., an TD~ C°rporation,
the following described real estate in Clark County, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
