An Ordinance Fixing Overtime Pay for Members of
the Fire Department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE:
Secti. on One
That Firemen shall be payed as the rate of $7.00 per hour for
hours worked overtime.
Section Two
That Firemen called Jln~o work overtime shall be paid for two
hours minimum.
Secti.on Three
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and approval.
