Jeffersonvi!le, Clark County, Indiana
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Jeffersonville, Clark County, in the State of Indiana, that the
following described tract of contiguous territory is hereby annexed
to the said City of Jeffersonville.

A parcel of land situated in Survev a20 and Survey %33
of the Illinois Grant in Clark County, State of Indiana
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED THUS:
Beginning at a point in the line dividing Survey ~33 and
Survey %34 of said Grant; said point being S. 39° 43' E. one
foot from the intersection of the Northwest right-of-way of the
B & 0 Railroad, also being in the corporate line of the CiHy
of jeffersonville, THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Thence S. 39~ 2~' W. 2205 feet with said corporate line
to a point in the center line of Hamburg Pike.
THENCE S. 0a 52' E. with said center line to a railroad
spike in the center line of Charlestown Pike.
THENCE continuing S. 0" 52' E. 513.84' to a P.K. nail in
the center line of Hamburg Pike.
THENCE N. 87°34' 25" E. 201.42' to an iron pipe.
06" W. 646.94' to a point in the south
