An Ordinance Amending the Sewer ~se Ordinance
the Same Being Ordinance No. 28-1975, and
Section 16-35 of the City Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON cOUNCIL of the City of Jeffersonville
that Ordinance No. 28 (year 1975) being also Section 16-35 of the City
Code be amended as follows:
Section One
That a section C-lA be added to such ordinance reading as
follows, to-wit:
Sewer use bills shall be rendered monthly and a due date shall
be imprinted thereon if the amount indicated is not paid by the user
on or before such due date a penalty of 10% of the amount due shall
be added to the monthly charge.

This ordinance shall become effective after passage
