Territory to the City of Jeffersonville,
Clark County, Indiana.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF INDIANA:
Section 1
That the following described tract of territory is hereby
annexed to the said City of Jeffersonville:
A tract of land in Survey ~8 of the Illinois Grant, Clark
County, State of Indiana, described thus:
Beginning at a point in the intersection of the corporate
line of the City of Jeffersonville and the West right-of-way line
of Dutch Lane, THE TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING
Thence Southwestward with said corporate line to a point in
the line dividing Survey ~1 and Survey ~8;
Thence Northwestward with corporate line; said dividing line
to a point: said point being in corporate line.
Thence Northward with said corporate line to a point in the
West right-of-way line of Dutch Lane.
Thence Southward with said right-Of-way line to the point of
beginning.
CONTAINING 4.8 ACRES, MORE OR LESS
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its ~passage and approval.
