An Ordinance Authorizing Special and Additional Funds
from the Revenue sharing Fund.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1.
BE iT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, Clark County, that for the expenses of said
City the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governingthe same:
A special and additionalappropriation Amount
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the Requested
purpose of employing a consultant to
supervise and direct the computerization
if the sewer use charges and the customer
billing for such charges. 20,000.00
A special and additional appropriation
from the Revenue Sharing Fund for the
purpose of paying for equipment, sup-
plies, and personnel training for
computerization of the sewer use
charges and customer billing. 20,000.00

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
