Indiana, that said Common Council will~eet in the City-County
Building at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the ~. day of~
1982, for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance makin~ the following
appropriation in addition to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1982.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
