BE IT RESOLVED by the Conmzon Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the City-County Building
at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 3rd day of May, 1982, for the purpose
of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the
passage of an ordinance making the following appropriation in addition
to the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year 1982.
A special appropriation from
Driver Improvement-School
Account to Video TeChniques
for city court for tapes,
Equipment, etc.

$500.00
A special appropriation from
the General Fund for a roof
on firehouse.
$15,000.00
BE IT FURTEHR RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give
notice as provided by law.
