IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Jeffersonville that the Clerk-Treasurer ~b~, and he
hereby is, authorized to invest the following sums from the
accounts, and for the time indicated.
From such accounts the Clerk-Treasurer finds that excess
money at the present time would be more beneficial to the
City of Jeffersonville to invest in Certificates of Deposit.
The time period for such should-b!e left for the discretion
of the Clerk-Treasurer. Time for such investment would not
exceed January 1, 1983.
