That the city be divided into districts. five (5) councilmanic The boundaries of such districts to be as follows: DISTRICT 1 Beginning at a point in the Corporation Line dividing the City of jeffersonville and the Town of Clarksville, said point being in the intersection of the line dividing the states of Kentucky and Indiana, said Line being in the corporate line of the City of jeffersonville, the true place of beginning. Thence Northward, with the corporate line dividing city of Jeffersonville and the town of Clarksville to a point in the center line of Ninth Street. Thence Eastward with said center line to a point in the center line of Spring Street. Thence Southward with the center point in the center line of Eighth Street, Thence Eastward with the center point line of Spring Street to a line of Eighth Street to a in the center line of Graham Street. Thence Southward with the center line of Graham to a point in the corporate line of the city of Jeffersonville. Thence Westward with said corporate line to the point of beginning. Encompassing the present voting precincts Nos. One, Two and Four. Thence with said corporate line to a point in the East right-of-way of the Penn. Central Railroad.
