An Ordinance Vacating an Alley.
WHEREAS, Kenneth Snowder has petitioned the City to vacate the
following described alley:
A 10' x 135' alley situated between Lots 1,
2, 3 and 4 in Block No. 4 of Ingram-Leavenworth
addition in the 1300 block of Duncan Avenue.
and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved and
recommended such vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that the alley aboved des-
cribed be and hereby is vacated.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
Passed this day of December, 1982.
